CheckWise Checking
- Available to all consumer depositors
- Available to students age 18-24 with current ID with no monthly maintenance
fee
- 10 checks per month included in the low monthly maintenance fee
- Available to anyone 65 & up with no monthly maintenance fee and no limit on number of checks processed in a statement cycle
- Statements sent once each month
- Paid checks are safely kept at the bank
- Deposits can be made in person, through our night deposit, by mail or by direct deposit
- Withdrawals require personalized checks

Two Way Plus Checking
- Available to any consumer depositors, sole proprietorship, or non-profit organization
- Statements sent once each month
- Deposits can be made in person, through our night deposit, by mail or by direct deposit
- Withdrawals require personalized checks
- Interest is paid on a tiered basis - the higher the balance in your account
the higher the interest rate you recieve.
- No monthly maintenance charge if a minimum balance is maintained

- Available to any depositors
- Minimum deposit to open this account is $100.
- Statements sent quarterly on the last business day of Feb, May, August, and November (Accounts receiving electronic transactions will receive statements monthly)
- Deposits may be made in person, through our night deposit, by mail, or by direct deposit
- Withdrawals or account transfers must be made in person
- Interest rate & APY will be posted in the lobby of the Bank
- Interest will be compounded quarterly
- No monthly maintenance fee if balance does not drop below a minimum balance of $300 during the statement cycle

Easy Money
- Available to any depositors
- Minimum deposit to open this account is $2,500.
- Statements sent at end of each month
- Deposits may be made in person, through our night deposit, by mail, or by direct deposit
- Withdrawals must be made in person
- As you increase the balance in your account, you earn higher rates of interest.
- No monthly maintenance fee if balance does not drop below a minimum balance or $2,500 during the statement cycle

Certificate of Deposit
- Minimum required to open account - $1,000
- Farmers bank offers CD's for 6, 12, 24 36 and 48 months with a minimum of $1,000
- Contact a Bank Representative for more information.
- The interest rate will be posted in the lobby of the Bank and is available from any Bank Representative.

Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
- The interest rate will be posted in the lobby of the Bank and is available from any Bank Representative.
- Minimum deposit to open this account is $250.
- Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit funds into the account.
- Interest will accrue daily and is credited to your account twelve months from origination and every twelve months thereafter.
- We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the full amount of principal in the account each day.
- Will mature twelve months from the origination date.
- A statement will be rendered twice yearly.
- A withdrawal may require 14 days prior notice
- Partial withdrawals cannot be permitted without receiving a penalty except for retirement withdrawals
- Penalties will be assessed for early withdrawal
- Automatically renews at the end of twelve months
- Deposits may be made at the Bank during regular banking hours, by mail or
placed in the Night Depository of Farmers Bank.
